Our Guarantee
We guarantee that your fta satellite equipment will be operating correctly after a successful installation. We do it right the first time. However, please note that this guarantee will be void if customer, friend, relative or anyone else tampers with the satellite dish, lnbf, cables or tampers with the receiver programing. Weather or other uncontrollable circumstances are not covered under this guarantee.
Product Returns Policy: Items such as meters, satellite receivers, lnbf's and any electronic component will require a 25% restocking fee. If it returned with in 10 days of recept of product. Shipping is non-re-fundable and the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Product must have all documentation and be free of any damage. We cannot accept items that have been scratched, screen protectors removed or any missing items the original product was shipped with.
